How to link a bank account to Google pay and How to transfer money using Google pay

 Google pay is used to transfer money from one another. This was created by Google and this makes a good and easy interface to transfer money to others. You can transfer money to other Google pay users or can directly send money to the bank account of others.

Prerequisite

1. You need a bank account linked with a phone number

How to download Google pay

    It is available in the play store and AppStore you can download it from there.

How to link a bank account to Google pay

1. Once the app gets installed open the Google pay app
2. It will ask the mobile number that is linked to your bank account. Enter that mobile number
3. Once the UPI ID gets generated, it will ask you to set a UPI pin. Enter your convenient pin number
4. Once you enter the pin number your bank account now connected with google pay
5. To recheck the bank account again click on the top right corner, In the profile page bank account will get listed

How to transfer money using Google Pay

There are 3 ways to send money one is to other Google Pay users, Transfer using a spot code and the other is transferred to the bank account.

Transfer to other Google Pay users

1. Open Google pay app
2. Click the New Payment link that displays at bottom of the page
3. Select the contact that you need to send money
4. On the contact page click the pay button
5. Enter the amount and click the forward arrow at the bottom
6. Enter UPI pin and click continue
7. You will receive an amount debited message to your number from your bank

Transfer to another bank account

1. Open Google pay app
2. Click the New Payment link that displays at bottom of the page
3. Click bank transfer
4. Enter bank basic details and click continue
5. Enter the amount and click continue

Transfer using spot code

If the person you are sharing amount is near or sending money to any store you can use a spot code

1. For store, they will have their spot code and if you want to transfer money to your nearby friend ask your friend to open his spot code(click your image at top right corner -> Click your image in the next page)
2. Open your Google pay app
3. Click the scanner icon at the top left corner
4. Scan the spot code
5. Enter the amount and click continue
6. Enter UPI pin and click continue
